Elizabeth cofounded Greater Than One in 2000 and leads the company’s long-term growth strategy. She is the CEO of the Greater Than One Group, the leading independent global communications company dedicated to marketing in the interconnected world we live it. Ms. Apelles is also chairman of GTO Greater Good, GTO’s foundation, a 501c3 dedicated to giving back.
Kieran is the President of Greater Than One, U.S., responsible for leading the GTO staff and offices in New York and San Francisco and for providing oversight on all U.S.-based accounts.
Kieran is an accomplished healthcare marketing executive with over three decades of experience in managing integrated AOR client relationships, including J&J, Merck, Amgen, Pfizer, Boehringer-Ingelheim and Grifols at preeminent general and digital agencies.
Amanda leads GTO Media, focusing on current clients and new client development. She joined GTO Media in 2000 when the agency was founded and speaks regular to industry audiences about the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.
Jim is the Global Chief Financial Officer of Greater Than One responsible for both the domestic and European business units of GTO as well as their 501c3 philanthropic division, Greater Good. He brings with him a wealth of agency finance and operational experience gained by spending 25+ years at agencies such as Grey Global and Laird and Partners. Whether a long-established agency or one in start-up mode, Jim has always been able to achieve profitable growth while developing and maintaining a strong company culture.
Ken has over 25 years of experience in leading teams to deliver quality technology solutions for clients such as Pfizer, Sanofi, J&J, Kraft Foods and many others. His focus on latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Augmented & Virtual Reality, and other applications for Health Care help GTO remain innovative and ahead of the curve.
John is an accomplished business strategist with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in research and discovery, heuristic analysis, as well as conceptual development, tactical planning, usability testing, and rapid prototype engineering.
Katie oversees strategic planning, execution, and analysis for all media campaigns. With more than 10 years of experience in the consumer marketing and healthcare space, she is an expert at tying clients' goals and objectives to key digital strategies and tactics, delivering results and driving brands forward.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Christa leads the Search Marketing and Web Analytics groups. She joined the agency in 2000 when the agency was founded and partners with the Director of Search and Chief Operating Officer.
Pilar leads the Experience Design (ExD) group. With more than 20 years of digital and offline creative and marketing development experience, she has won many industry awards and has served as judge for award events.
Gregory shares 15 years of agency-of-record experience in health care communications. He has specialized in oncology drugs, including product launches, and holds a PhD in English.
Pamela possesses more than 20 years of agency-of-record experience in pharmaceutical advertising. She has launched blockbuster and specialty brands in many therapeutic categories, including oncology, virology, CVD, CNS, and infectious disease.
Noreddine’s expertise includes more than 20 years of commercial sales, marketing, and leadership experience in digital communications and public relations. As lead of the GTO Europe office in Madrid, he focuses on current clients and new client development.
With 15+ years of experience in the health care industry, Rick brings expertise in driving results with both established and innovative launch product offerings. In addition to Medscape, his previous endeavors include Epocrates where he grew their business 6-fold, leading to the Athena Health acquisition.
Jim is an expert at gaining a deep understanding of client business, category, and customer challenges in order to shape ideas and programs that build measurable business value, connect deeply with customers, and drive growth. His professional experience spans 15 years in digital strategy, marketing, social media, mobile, analytics, and CRM.
